Delete my account

You can delete your Kriyate account and every idea at any time.

How to ask

1. Email care@rurinfra.com from any address. Use the subject "Delete my Kriyate account". Include the WhatsApp number your account uses.
2. We send a WhatsApp message to that number to confirm it is you.
3. Once you confirm, we delete your account, all your ideas, and any voice audio.

Good to know

• Deleting cannot be undone.
• If you message our WhatsApp number again later, a new, empty account is created.
