This policy explains what Kriyate collects, why we use it, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Kriyate is run by RURINFRA Technologies Private Limited, Vadodara, Gujarat, India (CIN U63030GJ2022PTC128761). In this policy, "we" and "us" mean this company.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp number. It is your account. We create the account when you first message us on +91 96381 02247.
• Your name and email, only if you add them.
• The ideas you send: your original words and the cleaned-up text.
• Voice notes and their audio, once the paid voice feature starts.
• Sign-in codes. We store them in a protected, scrambled form. They expire after about 10 minutes.
• The network address used to ask for a sign-in code. We use it to stop misuse.
• Counts of how much you use Kriyate, for example how many ideas you send.

Why we use it

We use your data to:

• run your board;
• sign you in;
• clean up the text of your ideas;
• stop misuse;
• count your usage for plans.

We do not sell your data.

Who else handles it

• Your WhatsApp messages go through Meta's WhatsApp Business platform, through a messaging partner.
• An AI text clean-up service receives the text of your ideas to tidy them. Your original words are always kept and shown to you.
• Cloud hosting in Singapore stores the app and its data.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in Singapore, outside India.

Who can see your ideas

Only you. Your board is private.

How long we keep it

Your account and ideas stay until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• ask to see your data;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• withdraw your consent;
• name someone to use these rights for you if you die or cannot act yourself;
• raise a complaint.

Complaints

Email care@rurinfra.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Kriyate is for people aged 18 and over.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
