These terms apply when you use Kriyate. By using Kriyate, you agree to them.

Who we are

Kriyate is run by RURINFRA Technologies Private Limited, Vadodara, Gujarat, India (CIN U63030GJ2022PTC128761). In these terms, "we" and "us" mean this company.

What Kriyate does

You send ideas to our WhatsApp number, +91 96381 02247. They are saved to your private board at my.kriyate.app.

Plans

• Text ideas: free.
• Voice notes: a paid feature. It is not available yet. You will see the price before you pay.
• Team plans: coming later.

Your account

Your account is your WhatsApp number. Keep your phone safe. Anyone who can read your WhatsApp can sign in to your board. Each account is for one person.

Your ideas

Your ideas are yours. We use them only to run Kriyate.

The AI clean-up can make mistakes, so your original words are always kept. Check important ideas.

Fair use

Do not send spam, illegal content or abusive content. Do not try to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our service

We work to keep Kriyate running. We cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything critical.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using Kriyate.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time. See Delete my account.

We may close the service or an account. Where we can, we will tell you first.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.
